2014 HB classic fit and Road Racer renderings



The 2014 HB classic fit and runner renderings are the latest offerings from HB (Huet brothers). Production will be limited to a total of 40 cars in 2014. The cars will be produced based on the reserves.

This HB Cup series following the design concept announced in January 2012, but the production cars will be significant changes in the design. The biggest change will be under the hood; instead of the previous six-cylinder, you will get an inline-4.

Performance

The smaller engine and other modifications of the design means that the production cars will be 91 pounds lighter than expected. In this way, HB has managed to maintain the same level of performance with reduced fuel consumption.

You can choose between two different versions of the 2.0-liter engine. The standard version is offer 170 horses. The Cosworth version generates more power to 255. Both engines will be helped by a manual transmission six-speed.

Renderings
The company will manufacture three versions of the car. The HB classic fit and the cut HB runner, the first two are intended for road use. While the version of HB Cup race is exclusively reserved for the racetrack. The latter includes a roll-bar as well as a customizable fuel cell. All three types have a lightweight carbon monocoque frame, which weighs just less 364 pounds.



Command

An initial reservation form can be done free of charge. It will reserve a location of production for 30 days, after which buyers will have to pay a deposit or lose their homes. Payment of the deposit secures the slot of the manufacturing and the deposit is refundable if the buyer cancels before the start of the production.

A second payment should continue to produce. This phase will include a purchase contract detailing all the options chosen. The final payment is due on delivery.
