2013 Tramontana XTR

The 2013 norther XTR conception is one amongst the foremost extraordinary supercars ever formed.
While most designers and makers of this kind of supercar have focused on building cars that look sleek and racy with swish curves and contours, the planned norther has sharp angles and several other bits sticking round the automobile. it's a lot of sort of a toy kit automobile that has been badly assembled. General InfoVehicle Type: Super Sport Coupe, Est. Market Price: $800,000.00, Height: 48 to 50.2 in. (122 to 127.5 cm), Transmission: Ultra-rapid competition gearbox
Despite its unusual appearance, the unique styling make it very eye-catching. On the racetrack, it is certainly going to stand. Another highly unusual feature of the two-seater is that the passenger seat is behind the driver, an idea taken from fighter planes.

Engine

If the car ever goes into production, it will be one of the fastest cars ever built. This 2013 XTR will be fitted with the same Mercedes V-12 engine as earlier models. However, the engine has been modified and optimized, resulting in an increase in horsepower from the already impressive 720 to an astonishing 888. The result is a car that is capable of going from zero to 60 in just three seconds, and will be able to reach a top speed that is over 200 mph.

A 5.2 Liter V10 naturally aspirated is also being considered to be offered as an option. The V10 is expected to produce 600 horsepower and 428 lbs ft of torque.

The car is a rear wheel drive, and is supplied with a gearbox that the company describes as an "ultra-rapid competition" one, which presumably means the car will come equipped with paddles mounted on the steering wheel.

Price

Tramontana has not given details of how much this car is going to cost, but it is certainly not going to come cheap. It is likely to begin somewhere in the $800,000 range. Similarly the company has not given detailed specifications of the car's dimensions.

The company had hoped to build and launch the first car before the end of 2012, but the 2013 Tramontana XTR has yet to make an appearance.
